Q: Empty List in "Organize Favorites" Dialog Box (for Windows XP Home Edition)

A: When you try to organize Favorites in Internet Explorer, you can find that the dialog box in the Organize Favorites is empty.

 

To solve this problem, try the following:
1.In the Command Line, type regsvr32 /i shdocvm.dll, and then click OK

2.Run Internet Explorer
3.On the Tools menu, click Manage Add-ons.

4.Click the name of the add-on [Shell Name Space]


5.Click Enable, and then click OK.
